Payment Terms

All payments for the services offered on techentry.in are accepted in INR (₹), and the payment amounts range between ₹400 to ₹10,000. Once a payment is made through our authorized payment gateways, it confirms your registration and acceptance of the terms for the specific service or course.

Please note:

  • Payments made via debit card, credit card, net banking, UPI, or any other available payment method through our gateway are considered final.
  • Upon successful completion of the payment process, a confirmation email, along with the receipt of payment, will be sent to the email address you provided during registration.

No Refund Policy

Given the nature of our services, Promena LLP operates under a No Refund Policy. Once a payment is successfully processed through our payment gateway, we do not offer any refund, exchange, or cancellation of the payment.

By making a payment on techentry.in, you agree to the following:

  • Non-refundable payments: All payments made through our platform are final and non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of whether you complete or discontinue the service.
  • Non-transferable services: The services or courses purchased are specific to the individual making the payment and cannot be transferred to another person or entity.

Exceptions to the No Refund Policy

While we strive to ensure that all users have a seamless experience, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In exceptional cases, such as technical errors or duplicate transactions, we may consider refund requests. These will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Promena LLP.

To be eligible for an exception, you must provide:

  • Proof of payment, including transaction ID and any communication or documentation regarding the error.
  • A detailed description of the issue you encountered.

Please contact us within 48 hours of the payment in such cases. Any refund, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method and may take up to 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.

Service Cancellation

In the event that Promena LLP cancels a service or course for any reason, we will notify you via email and provide instructions regarding any possible rescheduling or compensation, if applicable. However, no monetary refunds will be issued unless explicitly stated in the cancellation notice.
